InvestaX and Tokinvest Partner to Expand Global Reach for Tokenized Assets

Singapore/Dubai, February 4, 2025 – InvestaX, the leading tokenization SaaS platform licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and Tokinvest, a prominent real-world asset marketplace with a full market license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), have entered into a strategic partnership.

By leveraging complementary licenses and geographic strengths of both parties, the alliance aims to expand the global accessibility of real-world asset (RWA) tokens and offer investors a wider range of investment opportunities. 

A Dual-Market Partnership for Global Reach

The strategic collaboration represents the integration of two forward-thinking and regulated entities in the digital asset space, and aims to establish a unified, cross-border tokenization solution. By merging InvestaX’s leadership and expertise in the Asian tokenization market with Tokinvest’s capabilities in the Middle East, the partnership will provide issuers with enhanced market reach and bring investors new investment opportunities.

The partnership will encompass the entire lifecycle of tokenization, including the issuance of RWA tokens, capital raising through primary offerings, and seamless integration for secondary trading.

Together, InvestaX and Tokinvest will work on various projects to advance the global virtual asset ecosystem, focusing on improving transparency, liquidity, and financial inclusion for investors worldwide.
